1995 Vintage Effanbee Doll Company Porcelain 6″ Doll MP164 Little Sister. Condition is “Used”.  She was displayed by and adult collector.  She has her original tag.  Her arms and legs move for posing.  She comes with a hat, pantaloons, and dress.  She has brown eyes and hair.
One thing I did notice is her one foot there is a mark or poor painting.  Please see the picture.
